The answer is 32 ocicats. You take the 19 1/2 bag (converted to 19.5 in decimal form) and divide it by 3/5 (0.6 in decimal form) which gets you 32.5 as an answer. Since you can't feed half of an ocicat, you get 32 as your final answer.
