    Let's named wholesale price with variable x.

    The appropriate equation is

    1.6 x + 0.75 = 18.75 = > 1.6x = 18.75 - 0.75 = > 1.6x = 18 = > x = 18/1.6

    x = 11.25$ The wholesale price is 11.25$

    Good luck!
