If all sides of a pyramid are multiplied by 2, by what factor will the volume increase?

    We know that

    I f all sides of a pyramid are multiplied by 2

    then

    the scale factor=2

    and

    new volume=[scale factor] ³*original volume

    so

    new volume=[2]³*original volume

    new volume=8*original volume

    the answer is

    the factor is 8
