    Radius of A is sr (169) = 13 - - > diameter = 2r = 26

    Dm. B = 1/4•Dm. A

    Dm. B = 26/4 = 13/2 = 6.5

    Radius of B = 1/2•6.5 = 3.25

    C. is correct answer
