    r x 21 = 9 x 5

    r = 45/21

    r = 2.14 (the answer is B)

    3. 4 cups-> 4 dozen

    x cups-> 8 dozen

    4/x = 4/8

    X x 4 = 4 x 8

    x = 32/4

    x = 8 cups
