For us to know how many percent of the chocolate strawberries were thrown away, we have to divide the strawberries thrown away to the total number of chocolate strawberries produced. So, (450 / 3000 = 0.15). 450 is 15% of 3,000.

Since we already know the percentage of the chocolate strawberries that're thrown away every production, we have to multiply the percentage to the number of chocolate strawberries produced which 93.

    93 * 0.15 = 13.95

The correct answer is 13.95 or 14.
