Q2 goes from 90-180 degrees from the positive x-axis.

    So if the line bisects Q2, theta = (90+180) / 2=135 degrees.

    Sin (135) = + sin (180-135) = + sin (45) = sqrt (2) / 2=0.70710678 approx.
