On a radio show, the fifth caller can choose a number, 1 through 10, representing ten prizes. Five of the prizes are almost worthless, two are worth $1,000, two are worth $5,000, and the grand prize is a trip around the world. Fill in the correct decimal answers:

a) the probability that the caller will win the trip around the world is

b) the probability that the caller will win at least $1,000 is

c) the probability that the caller will win at most $1,000 is

    b) since this is at least anything above will also do. So this would be 1/2 or 50%

    c) At the most means it can be smaller, so it is 7/10 or 70%
