so w e have the equation:-

42x = 7/9 * 4 (x + 34)

42x = 28/9 (x + 34)

9*42x = 28 (x + 34)

378x = 28x + 952

350x = 952

x = 2.72

I think you might have the values in the question wrong because this figure should be a whole number
