    This problem can be solve using the formula

    P = (a / t) x 100

    Where p is the percentage

    A is the allocated money on something

    T is the total money

    A. Shoes

    P = (36 / 60) x 100

    P = 60 %

    B. Shirt

    P = ((60 - 36) / 60) x 100

    P = 40%
