Explain why 0.04 divided by 3.6 has the same answer as 4 divided by 360

    Multiplying 0.04 by 100 = 4. Multiplying 3.6 by 100 = 360. These numbers have the same value kind of like fractions (ex. 4/1 is the same as 8/2)

    Because when you move the decimals to divide it ends up being the same as 4 divided by 360.
