    Let S and B be savings and bills respectively. Then,

    S α 1/B

    S = k/B Where k = Constant.

    When S = $300, B = 65

    Then,

    300 = k/65

    k = 300*65 = 19500

    Therefore,

    For B = $145,

    S = 19500/145 = $134.48
