Two inches on a map corresponds to an actual distance of 210 miles. two cities are 4.5 inches apart on the map. what is the actual distance between the two cities?

    472.5 miles. I divided 210/2 to get how many miles one inch is which gave me 105 then multiplied 105*4.5 which gives you 472.5
