    the speed of jack = 190m/25s = 7.6 m/s

    the speed of jill = 200m/25s = 8 m/s

the distance travelled by jack in 2nd race = 200m

the distance travelled by jill in 2nd race = 210m

    the time taken by jack in 2nd race = 200m / (7.6 m/s) = 26.3158 s

    the time taken by jill in 2nd race = 210m / (8 m/s) = 26.25 s

therefore jill will still win and lead by 26.3158s - 26.25s = 0.0658 seconds
