Determine whether the relation is a function. (7, 4), (5, - 1), (3, - 8), (1, - 5), (3, 6)

    A function cannot have to two x values that are the same, therefore this is not a function because 3 is listed in the domain twice in (3, - 8) and in (3, 6).
