    7x - 4y + 8=0 slope intercept is y=mx+b so you have to get y alone

    +4y = + 4y so add for y on both sides

    7x + 8=4y Then divided 4y on both sides

    7x/4 8/4 = 4y/4

    slope intercept form is y=7/4x+2
