We are given the coordinates in the problem A (0, 0), B (0, 3), C (3, 3) and D (3, 0). we can plot this first and see that the angles are all perpendicular, has four sides and all sides are equal hence a square. When a square is rotated about the y-axis, then the shape that will be created is a cylinder.
