    Step 1 find out how many cups of water is left

    18-5=13

    step 2 divide 13 by 4 to figure the number of trips

    13/4=3.25

    step 3 you cant make a quarter trip and you still need that quarter cup so you round up

    3.25 = 4 trips

    step 4 finished
