    2x + (6 / (4x)) - 8 = 2x + 2 (3 / (2x)) - 8 = > excluded value is 0

    (2x + 6) / (4x - 8) = [2 (x+3) ]/[4 (x-2) ] = (x+3) / [2 (x-2) ] = > excluded value is 2
