Chris wants to prefer DVD's over the internet each dvd costs 15.99 and shipping the entire order costs 9.99 if he can spend no more than 100 how many DVD's could he buy

    Add 15.99 to 9.99. Then divide 100 by that number and round up. The closest answer just below 100 would be 3.
