Would 0=0 be no solution to a system?

    No when you get equate two equation and you get 0 = 0 that means it is a true statement which means there is a solution. When using two equations of a line such as 2x+8y=6 and - 5x-20y=-15 these two would equate to 0 because they represent the same line. This means that all solutions are possible
