Lea wants to put a new layer of soil on her 14 feet by 15 feet garden. She finds the area of her garden so she knows how much soil to buy. If one bag of soil covers 20 square feet, how many bags of soil will Lea need? Explain.

    Well, first you need to calculate the area of her garden. 14 x 15 is 210 square feet. Simply divide that by 20, and you get 10.50. You can't ask for half a bag of soil, therefore you need 11 bags of soil.
