    To solve the problem we must find the value of x using the following expression:

    (x + 2) ^ 2 - x ^ 2 = 12

    Resolving we have:

    (x ^ 2 + 4x + 4) - x ^ 2 = 12

    4x + 4 = 12

    x = (12-4) / 4

    x = 8/4

    x = 2

    the integers are:

    x + 2 = 2 + 2 = 4

    x = 2

    answer:

    the integers are 4 and 2
