    (2x+6) (x+7)

    = 2 (x+3) (x+7)

    = (x+3) [2 (x+7) ]

    = (x+3) (2x+14)

Therefore both expressions are equivalent, but they are not completely factorized.

The completely factorized form should be 2 (x+3) (x+7).
