    You have to do what is between parenthesis first:

    7-6 = 1 then you multiply what is in front of the parenthesis : 10 x 1 = 10 then multiply 5 x 10 = 50 because multiplication comes before addition and finish with 3 + 50 = 53 that is the final answer.
