    X^3-x^2-xy^2+y^3

    the first factor is (x+y)

dividing the polynomial by the factor we get:

    (x^2-2xy+y^2)

factoring the above quadratic equation we get:

    x (x-y) - y (x-y)

    = (x-y) (x-y)

    thus the answer is:

    x^3-x^2-xy^2+y^3 = (x-y) (x-y) (x+y)
