The loudness, L, measured in decibels (Db), of a sound intensity, I, measured in watts per square meter, is defined as L=10log / divided by /, where / 0=10^-12 and is the least intense sound a human ear can hear. L = 10 log (I / 10-12)

    With I = 10^-7, we get

    L = 10 log (10^-7 / 10^-12)

    L = 10 log (10^5)

    L = 10 (5)

    L = 50 dB

    The answer to this question is 50 dB.
