    Well 2 is in the tenths place, so that would be equal to 2/10.

    that fraction can be reduced, divide the numerator and denominator by 2.

    the answer is 1/5

    0.2 = 2/10

    You should know about place value. The places go, tenths, hundredths, thousandths, ect. depending on where the last digit is, just put it over that much. For example, the last digit, 2, is in the tenths place so you would put it over 10 to get 2/10
