Supposed the top 15 percent of producers get bonuses and the average production rate is 200 units with the standard deviation of 20 what is the z score of someone who produces 240 units

    Th z-score is given by:

    z = (x-μ) / σ

    where:

    μ-mean

    σ-standard deviation

    hence:

    z = (240-200) / 20

    z=2
