    Get y by it’s self so

    Subtract 5y:

    -5y+4x=1

    Then get x to other side by subtracting 4x:

    -5y=-4x+1

    Then divide by - 5 to get y by it’s self:

    y = (4/5) x + (1/-5)

    And since there are two negatives - 4 and - 5 I took off the sign because they cancel out.

    And slope is what is in front of x in the end so

    4/5
