5-foot ladder leaning against 4-foot wall. how far must bottom of ladder be from base of wall so top of ladder rests on top of wall?

    If you do a^2 + b^2 = c^2 you will get your answer so it would be 5^2+4^2 = C^2

    25+16=C^2

    41=C^2

    2.53=C
