No, the estimate should be higher.

    average of 23 and 27 = (23 + 27) : 2 = 25

    average of 1 and 3 = (1 + 3) : 2 = 2

    estimate weight per case = 25 x 2 = 50 pounds

    There are 4 cases

    50 x 4 = 200 pounds
