    Answer;

    = x + 5y - 25 = 0

    Explanation;

    Thee equation of a line in general form is;

    Ax + By + C = 0

    Where A, B and C are integers.

    The equation of a line in slope-intercept form is

    y = mx + b; where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept

    In this case; m = - 1/5 and b = 5

    thus; y = - 1/5 x + 5 (the slope-intercept form)

    y = - 1/5 x + 5

    Multiplying all terms by 5

    5 y = - x + 25

    = x + 5 y - 25 = 0 (in general form)
