Determine whether the planes are parallel, perpendicular or neither. 4x - 3y + 2z = 5, x + 6y + 7z = 3

    Hello:

    4x - 3y + 2z = 5 ... (P)

    x + 6y + 7z = 3 ... (Q)

    the perpendicular vector to the (P) is : v (4,-3,2)

    the perpendicular vector to the (Q) is : l (1,6,7)

    v ⊥ l because : (4) (1) + (-3) (6) + (2) (7 = = 0

    so : (P) ⊥ (Q)
