The water level is 3 feet below your dock the tide goes out and the water lowers 1 foot a storm surge comes in and the water level rises 2 feet writr an integer to indicate the new water level

    Right now it is - 3 ft and then goes - 1 giving you - 4 ft below the dock and then it rises + 2 ft giving you - 2 ft
