    14 + 3x - 7 = 7x + 7 - 4x

    Add or subtract similar terms

    => 7 + 3x = 3x + 7

    => it has infinite solutions because no matter the value of x always the left side, 7 + 3x, is equal to the right side, 3x + 7

    Answer: infinite solutions
