    Slope intercept is y=mx+b.

    Isolate y to get it from standard form to slope intercept form.

    3y=-2x+1470

    y = - 2/3x + 490

    Slop intercept form is y+mx+b. With this in mind, you would simply solve the equation for y and reorganize the the other side.

    2x+3y=1470

    /3 / 3

    2x+y=490

    -2x - 2x

    y=-2x+490
