    A (X) = charge offered by jeweler A

    x=number of hours.

    A (x) = 14x+150

    B (x) = charge offered by jeweler B.

    x=number of hours.

    B (x) = 12x+166

    When the tow jewelers charge the same amount of money A (x) will be equal to B (x);

    A (x) = B (x)

    Therefore, we equalize both equations and solve them.

    14x+150=12x+166

    14x-12x=166-150

    2x=16

    x=16/2

    x=8

    Answer:jewelers'charge would be the same when they work 8 hours.
