Joseph's garden is 9 feet wide and 12 feet long. Alana's garden is 7 feet wide and 25 feet long.

How much greater is the area of Alana's garden than Joseph's garden

    Area = length * width

    Joseph: 12 * 9 = 108 feet

    Alana: 25 * 7 = 175 feet

    175 feet - 108 feet = 67 feet

    Answer: Alana's garden is greater by 67 feet compared to Joseph's
