    There are 26 letters in the alphabet, with the exclusion of the three listed letters, there will only be 23 choices. With regards to the digits, there are 10 including 0 which cannot be part of the third character in the code. Thus, we use the principle of counting and that,

    N = 23 x 23 x 9 x 10 x 10 x 10 = 4761000

    Thus, the answer is the third choice.
