A box contains 13 orange blocks, 19 yellow blocks, and 8 purple blocks. Paul randomly chose a block, then he randomly chose another block without replacing the first block. What is the probability that he chose 2 orange blocks? Write your answer as a decimal.

    First pick: 13 / (13+19+8) = 13/40

    the second pick: 12/39

    both: 13/40 * 12/39=156/1560=0.1
