    The formula to find the area of a triangle is base times height divided by two so you just have do the opposite to find out what the height is

    So do 24x2/8

    24x2=48

    48/8=6

    The height is 6 feet

    Divide 24 by 8 then multiply your answer by two. The height would be 6.
