A) q / (8 gal) = (20 tsp) / (5 gal)

... q = (8 gal) / (5 gal) * (20 tsp) = 32 tsp

b) q / (2820 ft^2) = (20 tsp) / (1000 ft^2)

... q = (2820 ft^2) / (1000 ft^2) * (20 tsp) = 56.4 tsp

(That's 1 cup + 8.4 tsp.)
