    Plot i = 200 seeds

    Geminated = 57% of 200 = 0.57 x 200 = 114 seeds

    Plot ii = 300 seeds

    Geminated = 42% of 300 = 0.42 x 300 = 126 seeds

    Total geminated seeds = 114 + 126 = 240

    Total seeds = 200 + 300 = 500

    Percentage = 240 : 500 x 100 = 48%
