The commutative property in math says that numbers can be added in any order, and you will still get the same answer.

    It is both 7 + 6 = 6 + 7 and 7 + (4 + 6) = (7 + 4) + 6

    I would go with

    7 + (4 + 6) = (7 + 4) + 6

7+6=6+7 is the correct answer because in commutative the numbers can be moved around and still get the same answer.
