A woman is 43 years old, and her daughter is 15 years old. How many years will it be before the woman's age is just twice her daughter's?

    Solve for x

    43+x=2 (15+x)

    43 + x = 2 (15+x) =

    43 + x = 30 + 2x

    43 = 30 + x

    13 = x

    13 years

    43+13 = 56

    15 + 13 = 28 (28*2 = 56)
