    First you do

    4+2.75 = 6.75 that's the first 2 miles

    Then you do

    2.75x5 = $13.75

    $13.75+$6.75 = $20.50

    So the answer is 6

    As you times the fare of $2.75 by 5 miles then you add on the first mile that is $4
