    If thts the case so first use any equation to get y 1st ... let's say 3y=4x-1 ... will be y = (4/3) x - 1/3 juz divide it by 3 to get only y ... then substitute the value of y in the other eq 9y=x+3 ... then juz solve n find value of y only
