What is a parllogarm and how to work on it

A parallelogram is a quadrilateral where there are no right angles, the vertical sides are parallel to each other (usually slanted), and the horizontal sides are parallel to each other. All of the sides can be congruent but not always; the lines parallel to each other must also be congruent to each other though.

As far as the second part, "how to work on it", it depends on what you need done.
