    There are a few ways to solve this problem.

    We know the areas is Area = Length x Width

    Area = 5 x 3 = 15 ft^2

    To find out the speed in square feet per hour we divide 15 / 14

    15 / 14 = 1.07142857143 ft^2 per hour
